DUCABIKE (DBK) matte carbon headlight visors are a strong and lightweight dry carbon product.
Dry carbon is made by attaching a prepreg sheet soaked with resin to carbon fiber to a mold and then making it in an autoclave, a high-temperature, high-pressure oven, which removes impurities and maintains light weight and high rigidity.
The plain weave of this product provides higher strength than twill weave carbon parts because the fibers are tightly combined horizontally and vertically.
The surface is matte with low gloss, giving the vehicle body a race like look and a tighter impression.
