Front fender bracket made by CHUCKBOX, a manufacturer of many high quality handmade custom parts for SR Cafe Racer style.
The Royal British Design Fender Bracket.
These fender brackets are hand-bent and hand-made of stainless steel to reproduce the vintage style of the past with the stock fenders.
Please make a hole in the stock fender and use it.
The bracket part is made of 1.0mm thick 13 stainless steel pipe and hand-bent by hand.
The thick stainless steel pipe is hand-bent into an arch shape, and the treatment of the plate section greatly improves the torsional rigidity of the front fork when compared to a standard flat bracket fender.
The bolts that hold the fender body and brackets together are 6mm cap bolts for extra durability, with flat washers on the top and bottom and U-nuts (anti-loosening nuts) for perfect torsion resistance.
There is no cost-cutting method, which is common in mass production.
