Front fender made by CHUCKBOX which is handmade many high quality custom parts for SR cafe racer style.
Compared to the Short Fender / Type II Fender, this front fender features a softer Italian vehicle-like design.
The bracket part is made of 2.0mm thick 10 stainless steel pipe and hand-bent by hand.
It is simple, beautiful and bold.
The bracket plate is 3.0mm and the bolt holes are 9.0 round holes to secure the strength because the bracket legs are longer on SR.
The thick stainless steel pipe is hand-bent into an arch shape, and the treatment of the plate section greatly improves the torsional rigidity of the front fork when compared to a standard flat bracket fender.
The fender body has ribs on the inside of the right and left sides for safety, and the deep arches give strength to the body.
The bolts that hold the fender body and brackets together are 6mm cap bolts for extra durability, with flat washers on the top and bottom and U-nuts (anti-loosening nuts) for perfect torsion resistance.
The plate that holds the fender body and the bracket is 3.0mm thick flat welded to the arch pipe all around.
There is no cost-cutting method, which is common in mass production.
