The Z900RS attracted overwhelming attention even before its release and became a huge hit upon its release.
The design pays homage to Kawasaki’s legendary Z1 and Z2 models, but with a nimble ride.
World Walk had been planning to produce a bikini cowl for the Z900RS right after its release, but the release was delayed because the candy tone brown color was more difficult than expected.
It took a lot of time and effort, but the colors are now of a quality that can be delivered with confidence.
Material
The bikini cowl itself is made of ABS.
It has achieved overwhelming lightness and elasticity.
Tone brown and green are reproduced in four coats
In the past few years, Kawasaki has also been focusing on painting.
Candy tone brown/green is reproduced by applying 4 coats to reproduce complex colors.
Bracket has the same texture as stock
The master cylinder was relocated to prevent interference when installing the bikini cowl.
The brackets are 1.6mm thick steel, just like the stock.
The finish is a cationic coating with excellent rust-preventing effect
Amazing lightness
The weight is 0.89kg including the windshield fixed to the bikini cowl with screws and the relocation bracket.
The lightness of the body material can never be reproduced with FRP.
The light handling of the Z900RS is not compromised.
Specifically designed mounting bolts
The mounting bolts are made of rust-resistant stainless steel.
Two different windshield lengths and colors
The windshield is available in two shapes: the R type and the AERO type, which is 30mm longer than the R type.
The windshield is available in clear or smoke.
The AERO windshield is recommended for highway riding and long distance touring.
