<3D Draping Series Easy Reupholstery Kit>
The seat, designed using the 3D-pattern cutting method, is completely made in Japan, including cutting and sewing.
Since the seat is sewn three-dimensionally rather than a two-dimensional flat design, it is less likely to shift or wrinkle, thus improving the efficiency of reupholstering work.
The fabric is made of thick synthetic leather with high strength, durability and tear-resistance (passed FMVSS flame retardant test).
The seat surface is tuck & rolled at 5cm intervals using high-frequency welding, and the seams are piped to reinforce the durability.
All special tools are provided for easy reupholstering.
